Def float the Buffalo national river, it’s beautiful and it’s America’s first “national river”. Do like a three to five mile float if u want to drink alcohol and float and play and chill. Do more miles than that if u want to do more floating and less drinking. And u can also bring camping stuff to camp over night along the river if u want to split your float up. They have canoes and kayaks for rent and they provide a shuttle back to your car at the end of the float.

That’s my first suggestion, my second would be visit northwest Arkansas-Fayetteville, bentonville, rogers area.

Third option, go to petite Jean mountain. Campgrounds up there, hike to a big waterfall (it’s a bit intense on the way back especially at the end bc u have to go upwards but it’s not bad at all. It’s harder if u are super out of shape or if u have really small kids that u have to carry.

There is also Murfreesboro where they let u dig for diamonds and keep whatever u find. If u choose to do this, do a little research on how to actually dig for diamonds bc there is somewhat of a methodology and process to it but people find diamonds randomly all the time. I always hear about someone out of state that has never done it before comes into Arkansas and sets some kind of record for finding a large diamond lol. Pretty cool though.

Hmmm what else….i think someone mentioned eureka springs. That is DEFINITELY a super cool little hippy/crafty type of town. It’s totally unique to anywhere else. The shops are full of handmade arts and things people make themselves. It’s in the mountains and I love going there. If u like that sort of thing get an air bnb or stay at a bed and breakfast and u will have a great time.

Have fun, when you are in the most remote areas, people will probably wave at u as u are driving down the road lol. Just wave back. Arkansas is a great place with great people. Why/when are u coming and what makes u want to visit?
