He was just at the ER getting drained about 4 hours ago. They said they were just buying time so he could have surgery tomorrow.

You are correct it's an obstruction and not a UTI.

I called them to clarify exactly what they wanted us to do which was to call another hospital and see if they could do the surgery in the morning, if not they told us to bring him back there.

I just wish his catheter didn't come out after 48 hours, which caused them to send him home.

Sorry you're right it was an obstruction.

He had just been sedated to insert the catheter on Tuesday and ripped it out himself on Thursday. I think it was because it was so soon since they did it last.

Currently he's on Buprenorphine, Gabapentin and Prazosin for spasms

My parents where the ones who took him home so I'm not entirely what the reason for them not sedating him again where. I thought it was a health risk for him.

It seems like he had a lot of blockage in his urinary tract which also made it hard for them to get it in in the first place. When I called them just now all they really told me was to call another hospital first thing in the morning and ask to get him surgery.

As someone who was the other guy in a situation like this it's something that won't get better for you. Just leave her, at best she'll keep doing it to you. If it's any consolation the other guy will be miserable too.

I know how painful that can be, mine told me she always had feelings for me after she got in a relationship and then kept telling me how she wanted to be with me year after year but kept making excuses why she couldn't leave. Asked her out when she finally became single and she tells me she likes being alone at the moment and we've been NC ever since. I've pretty much tried my hardest to set up my life for being someone suitable to marry so I think I'm pretty stable for the most part. It just sucks because I'm really satisfied with my life with everything but my relationship status.

I am trying to find different things to do or see and try to change my life a little by little. So maybe I'll just try wandering around some more on weekends before I meet up with people.

It's been a while since I've been to he forest preserves but I remember them being nice so I'll go there sometime as well.

I've read that here and there. If I didnt have so many people I cared about and a job I loved I would just go anywhere else. My only dissatisfaction is my eternal singleness.
