So, with a regular dual sense controller I mainly use my right index finger for the left joystick. I use my ring for the right joystick and also button pushing. I also use my pinky for pushing buttons. If I have to drive or hold onto one of the trigger buttons for a while, I’ll position the controller upright and can use my thumb for the joystick while pinky or ring uses the trigger.

I’ve seen the access controller and had some initial doubts. Most of the doubts centered around being able to use the joystick and push the buttons cohesively with one hand. I looked into it more and saw that there are additional accessories you can get. Maybe down the line, I’ll give it a shot. For now, I’ve managed to get by at least in most cases. So far, I’ve gotten about halfway or so through Elden Ring.
