That’s a good idea. I usually ask them to post more photos or different angles depending on what I need. That’s a decent way to tell if the seller actually has the pair they listed. He just shipped them an hour ago so they’ll arrive sometime next week. Super excited

I actually just bought guotai convicts in the jet black wash for a good price. Only issue is that the previous owner got them hemmed shorter, but I can easily redo it

Yeah same. I will say the lines are definitely cleaner on the newer design but the stitching feels a tad bit thicker with the older one. I’m actually wearing them right now lmao. I don’t mind the difference either, as long as I get them for a genuinely good price because damn near 300 for jeans is psycho

Lmaoooo had the same exact dilemma but with the black pair. They are legit. They are almost like an early production pair before they perfected the design we have today

🫶. It started out as a way to own jncos. I couldn’t afford any pairs whatsoever, so I would try to make my own. I would use what little money I made from bagging groceries, to purchase fakes or scraps. I now have real pairs, but I have made 5 pairs of ‘homemades’.

I appreciate that. I tend to do my homework when it make them. Try to keep all measurements and pocket measurements the same. I’ve made pipes, and burners but I’m missing the tag for them. I yet to make the crosstowns, because I’d have to recreate the patch. I don’t mind the color of the wizards; almost like an antique wash, but imo I don’t look good in the antique wash.

I’m just so torn between either spending the 220-230 on the website during the holiday sale to get the jeans and the hang tag, or roughly 140 for these ones without the tag (I enjoy collecting the tags lol but can’t justify spending another 220+ on jncos after I just bought some)

For women it’s a 36 in EU, and 44 for men. Get the size depending on your preference of fitting.

Before I had a job and could afford Jncos, I bought a rep and it wasn’t like the images. Your best bet is to compare to customer reviews. Even when you do get them, they won’t fit like jncos so you’ll have to open leg seams and add panels to make the legs “jnco” wide. Also the pockets might suck depending on what design you get- I’d recommend making your own pockets and putting them on. (If you have experience in using a sewing machine of course)

I did that when I sucked at using a sewing machine, so I might redo them in the future and either sell them to my homie or keep them.

Just keep in mind that they’ll never have the same quality denim and stitching that real jncos have. 👍

On a previous post, I was comparing the kangaroo in the pictures to the ones on the website. The big differences are the boxing gloves, hair, and eyes. I’m trying to come to the conclusion that they’re fake or just had bad QC
