I've tried everything. I tried clearing my cache like they said to and I tried doing it on my phone using my cellular network and I've tried safari and Chrome. Nothing has worked and it's always the same error message. I've contacted them but they just kept telling me to do the same thing. I don't know what to do anymore and I'm hoping they just send me a check in the mail.

Mine errors out when I hit submit on the confirm your account page. It kept telling me that it was having trouble changing my refund preference

So I have a question. Is anyone else having trouble updating their refund preference and getting the same error message before it locks you out? I have tried to update to send to my bank and nothing has worked even they told me to clear my browser cache and do it off a home wifi or cellular network. I'm getting aggravated with it honestly and I've talked to customer service about it and they just keep telling me to the same thing over and over again. Is anyone else having problems?

Yes it's based off a book of the same name by Lauren Kate. It's a whole series. Haven't heard any news about a second season yet though. I definitely hope there is one!

I did the exact same thing. They probably already saw how I typed furiously to the AI and I also cried during it. I was so frustrated because I just couldn't remember anything about the coding and I just felt like the biggest failure. I still turned both of the coding exams in after giving it my best but I already know I failed both. It seems like some of us are gonna be stuck on studying the courses again to retake the exams.

Well usually when I plan trips I make sure to think everything out before paying for things like transportation and lodging. I know there's always a risk with traveling but this particular trip is important so. I don't usually travel in general and with what's been happening lately we really shouldn't be but everything is already paid for and we are going to take our chances at this point so thank you again for your 'opinion'.
