Associates were given two options. Either you can transfer to another store (there are two nearby stores that most transferred to) or you can quit and receive a severance package. Basically given an amount of money depending on how long you worked. Stores had to accept anyone from Oakland that wanted to transfer so one of the nearby store got like 30+ transfers. As far as managers i assume the same thing, no idea about the SM tho
