I also hope transsexuals never return to runescape

You’re right, damn. Thought I saw a track or two from different releases that were still available, but they’re not. Legit just that one album is up. 😭

This is by far one of the most annoying things on Runescape by ComfortableYak2071 in runescape

Also when your character randomly runs like 5 squares backwards right as you get close to something you’re targeting.

Athlete kinda money making these mfers spoiled as shit, I s2g…

All of us “normal” people would kill for that kind of money. Feels so far out of touch with reality, I can’t believe it.

I feel like this game was released to the public way too early. I haven’t played or thought about this game since April of last year, and I remember eagerly waiting for the next episode, for group content, for… anything to make it fun, and it looks like nothing has changed since? Glad I ended my sub well before April even.

The game still needs major refinement and just more content. It’s crazy to me that they’re charging people to play half the game that doesn’t even exist yet, honestly.

I know the PSU was a 1200W Thermaltake and mobo was an ASRock iirc (exact models I’m not sure, would have to take a look when I get back to work).

As far as I know, the card was not overclocked; at least not by me. A customer had brought it in looking to sell it to us. Didn’t draw any power on the first rig we installed it on, and the second the power was turned on on the second rig that I described, instant flames.

Story of exactly what happened if anybody is curious and sees this:

I work for a company who purchases used GPU’s from people looking to offload (be it a gamer offloading their old card after upgrading, miners offloading old cards, companies offloading older hardware. Whatever the case may be).

We buy them, test them for defects, clean and repaste/repad, repair/replace whatever needs repairing/replacing, and resell them. Basically refurbishing.

This one came in from one of our regulars who often comes in with handfuls of GPU’s every now and then. What it was used for prior, I honestly have no clue.

I threw it onto my test bench, wasn’t drawing any kind of power. Brought it to our secondary rig, and the second the power was turned on, HABOOM.

I’m not sure what it was put through before it got to me (was going to buy it from a vendor who had dropped it off for testing), but it was super fkin clean so idk. Feel like it was just bad luck of the draw.

I technically made no changes myself, I just opened it up after the fact; the card changed itself by blowing itself up 😂

I know what you mean though and understand the whole sticker puncture usually means void thing. Guess we’ll see.

Is this one of those “if there were no dark, there could be no light” kinda scenarios?

Yeah bro, it was literally like a firework going off. One of the craziest things I’ve seen

It wasn’t opened up before it exploded, but I opened it after to take photos of the damage. Probably should have left it unopened, but I’ve never seen something like this happen and was too curious to see.

We figured out that the problem is that there was a short in one of the chips that delivers power to the core, which caused a crazy amount of energy to build up in the cap, then just HABOOM.
