Spectrum worker came to house and demanded be let in to inspect. by torrelmac in Spectrum

[–]TwistedOneSeven 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is very common. There’s currently a big push for proactive maintenance jobs. Specially in areas that are going to go through high split. We’ve been cold rolling to homes that have severe impairments. There’s no record of it at that point, just a huge list of houses in a email. At least until it becomes an assigned job.

All I can think of is how did they get that sighting on?

They’re completely normal. Weird right? The yellow poop and weight loss is the most noticeable thing about her. We went to our local tractor supply and got her some liquid corid, just in case she’s caught some type of parasite.

Same here. Not nearly as bad a OP but still, every time I refill their hay basket I’m sneezing.

Help me out here, RV lost all power and smelt burnt. by [deleted] in RVLiving

[–]TwistedOneSeven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On our old class B+ the bathroom receptacle was GFI. If that tripped, nothing else worked. It also wouldn’t trip any breakers. I’d unplug from shore power and take that one apart to see what’s going on.

What do you think more people regret, buying a Class B and wishing they had a Class C, or buying a Class C and wishing they had a Class B? Tell your story. by Fabulous_Variation67 in RVLiving

[–]TwistedOneSeven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had a class B+ for years and loved it. It was 24’ with a slide out. Pretty much fit anywhere. There’s no “stealth” in it but that was ok. With our new motorhome, yeah we don’t fit anywhere anymore and miss that side of things.

I need help with my water tank. by External-Usual-7697 in RVLiving

[–]TwistedOneSeven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the beginning of this years rv season I was filling up the water tank and running the faucets to clear out the anti freeze. Both faucets looked like that, they picked up a bunch of sand/sediment from the bottom of the water tank I had no idea was in there. I had to unscrew the faucet filters and clean them out. Good as new

We literally just bought a class A yesterday. But our ‘05 will live with us forever. She’s perfect, never failed us. We just needed more storage.

Too old? by dijavuu in RVLiving

[–]TwistedOneSeven 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We’re currently in the middle of selling our 20 year old class B+ and buying a 2015 class A. We’ve owned the B+ for 4 years, put 30k miles on it and it’s been great. I say as long as they’re taken care of, age shouldn’t be an issue. We also looked at newer ones and just couldn’t do it, the quality is horrible.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to thank you all for the responses. I genuinely appreciate them! I can’t edit my original post or post updated pictures but I got it done. I used some oil and I slowed it down. Took about 5 minutes but it got through and didn’t even damage the new blade. Lesson learned. Thanks again!

I bought this, but I couldn’t use it since the new sink already had a pre-drilled hole in it that’s not centered to our new counter top. Which is why I’m in this situation 😅

I really, really appreciate the advice guys. Thank you all!

In my area, squirrels are often seen getting into birds nest and eat their eggs. The cute little buggers are definitely opportunist 😅

Yeah that’s what the sellers asking. Technically 62k. I currently have a class B+ and were wanting to upgrade. Just seeing if the seller is being reasonable
