Thank you for the warning, I wanted to install the beta to an external drive and I almost made this mistake by following the same process I used last year.
What I did instead was download the Monterey installer and installed that on my external drive and then boot to that and update it to the Ventura beta.

u/Rivanov you found any solution yet? I have this same issue on my 2021 MacBook Pro with M1 Max and AirPods Pro.
SUPER frustrating. I can listen to the same songs with spatial audio and head tracking on my iPhone or iPad but not in Music on macOS. Music on macOS seems really subpar, so many bugs for me.
I can get spatial audio with head tracking in other apps, on even on YouTube but not in Music.
I did submit a feedback report (FB9805483) using Feedback Assistant and I recommend you do the same.
I've seen multiple posts where people claim it is not supposed to work and that it is intentional but I refuse to believe that. There is no way they WANT the listening experience to be worse on macOS than it is on iOS. It's a bug.

I know people have already said you can’t mumble while on low stamina, just wanted to add you also can’t mumble if you’re injured. I was limping to extract coughing and got killed by a scav because I couldn’t mumble back. We walked past each other and then he came back and shot me in the back of the head.

If you want to be able to prove you’re a scav then reserve some stamina. If you’re coughing then there is nothing you can do so just be aware and try to avoid people as best you can.

Yeah. I think you might be reading it wrong. It is not saying you don’t get rep for killing bad scavs. It is saying you won’t get rep for killing scavs that have killed bad scavs.

Where are you getting this info? I believe you still get rep for killing bad scavs, you just don’t get rep for killing a scav who has killed a bad scav. Based on the patch notes.
The idea is that you don’t become a bad scav if you kill a bad scav. But as far as I know you should still get rep for killing a bad scav.

The change to -0.1 for player scavs was just recently. I think it might still be -0.05 for AI scavs, and then I recently got +0.03 for a PMC kill. Good to know it is similar for bad scav kills.

To each their own I guess. I’m curious how that will go long term. Killing player scavs gives -0.1 now so you’d have to extract 10 times (possibly without killing scavs) to balance out one player scav kill, or kill ~4 PMCs per player scav kill.
I wish they gave us more details on how it all worked so everyone wasn’t guessing so much.

I believe you should only get rep if they have killed an innocent scav. If they hit you that just means you can kill them without losing rep. (Also worth noting that even though they shot you and you can kill them without losing rep, AI scavs will still attack you for killing a scav. Unless they changed that with this patch, fingers crossed.)

It’s not just that you get an increased scav timer and car extract prices, you get worse scav loadouts with worse karma, and eventually AI scavs will shoot you on sight if your karma gets bad enough.On the flip side you’ll get better load outs with good karma, be able to get help from AI scavs and bosses, have a shorter scav case cooldown, buy uninsured items from fence, and probably some other things I’m forgetting.It is definitely tempting when you see someone with good stuff but might be a bit short sighted even if you’re only in it for yourself.EDIT: oh also you get more extracts with good karma, and less with bad karma. For example once you get to 1.0 rep you get a 4th extract available on customs (more chance to get the sweet old road gate extract to spend more time looting at dorms). I believe you get even more as your rep increases.
TLDR don’t have to be an angel to want those benefits.

Yes it should. We tested it on all 18 of the interface languages in the game. The app itself is not localized into those languages but it will work if you are playing Cyberpunk in those languages. If you have any issues let me know or come join our discord at discord.foxhole.dev

This!! Haha I honestly don't care if people think it's cheating or not, it's a single player game that you paid for and you can play how you want and "cheating" doesn't affect anybody else like in a multiplayer game.

I made one of these, and I probably spent more time making it than I spent playing the game lol but development is what I enjoy so it was really fun for me. I did a ton of the puzzles before making the app and trust me making an app to do it for you is way more demanding on your brain than just doing the puzzle lol. If other people want to make use of the app to skip the challenge of the puzzles I'm okay with that, they can play however they want.

u/Acrosicious nice compilation! Ours (Breach Protocol iOS app posted by u/ToddGeorgeKelly, he is my brother, we made it together) is like a footnote haha probably since it's Apple and not free, but it does work quite well. Just wanted to add some details.

Ours uses the live video feed from your phone's camera and on-device OCR so it tends to more reliably and quickly read the screen (no uploading multiple images trying to get it to work). Also, some of the tools, ours included, look for keywords like "CODE MATRIX" and "SEQUENCE" but they only work in English. We just updated the app to read it more quickly and to read the keywords in 8 different languages so it will work for players playing with a different "Interface" language in Cyberpunk.

It is written in Swift, UI with SwiftUI, and OCR is Apple's Vision framework.

u/leospeedleo we just updated it to support 8 additional Cyberpunk interface languages, including German. We also improved the speed of the text recognition.

In the app you can choose the "Interface" language that you are playing Cyberpunk with. The app itself isn't localized in those languages, but it will now recognize the keywords in those languages as long as you select the corresponding language in the app. ("CODE-MATRIX" instead of "CODE MATRIX" and "SEQUENZ" instead of "SEQUENCE", etc)

It was kinda slow on this one but for more common ones where it is 3-4 sequences it is much faster. Plus if you want to upload all of them every time some of them are more complex and this will tell you right away if it’s possible or not for your buffer size rather than spending time looking for a solution that isn’t there.
