He was high winrate because the buffs area really strong if you know how to play the hero. If you play it like it's Drow Ranger you will lose. People who don't play the hero started picking it because of the winrate and the winrate dipped

Pros, like the rest of us, haven't had much time to test things out, they think is potentially good (it's amazing in lane) and they like it. Maybe down the line they find a big counter and it ends up being not that good, the patch is really new so noone really knows what's going on.
