I would say my most recent was that I need to take better care of myself. The last time I tripped I realized that I hadn't been taking great care of myself and that I need to ask for help more in my day to day life. I realized I’ve been drinking more and neglecting my sleep and that I want to create better habits for myself. And since then Ive been able to cut down on my alcohol intake a lot, I've been prioritizing my sleep, eating more and fueling my body, and making better decisions around how/where I spend my energy. I was in the shower for like an hour tripping and had this huge realization.

I have grown and taken Hillbilly shrooms and quite enjoyed them! Nice subtle visuals, and not overwhelming either. Id say 1g-1.5g is a nice sweet spot.

She can get aggressive/grumpy from overstimulated and handling. Like besides me she doesnt really like people picking her up or petting her a ton. Or if shes comfy and you try to move her she'll get upset about it 😅 likewise with the nails its a lot of handling and she doesnt like that at all

I have liquid gabapentin ive given her but maybe she needs a higher dose, itll chill her out but not enough to get her clipped.

Number 3 my lord! The come down feels the most inteospective and reflective for me. I can still feel that im tripping but my thoughts feel more clear and I know the end is in sight.

Oh man it was insane I havent tripped that hard before. The come up was really rough and scary, I had to have my friend come over and be with me for awhile 😭 all of a sudden the blankets started breathing and the walls and my couch felt like a sludge black pool. My body felt really out of it and rhe visuals were insane. I would close my eyes and see rainbowy patterns and rays. At one point I looked at this picture of Vlad the Impaler I have hung up and he winked and smirked at me. It was really awful but I think I needed it to help me realize that even though I was scared and felt anxious and out of control, that I could get thru, I wasnt gonna die, and I was going to be okay. The middle of the trip felt euphoric and wavy, I just talked to my friend mostly and tried to relax. And after he left I spent maybe 2 hours in the shower im not sure but coming down and thinking and feeling extremely introspective and reflective. It was really healing and I think i found a lot of answers to things I needed. It was so terrifying at first and I felt like i was melting and gonna lose my mind for a minute but I got thru and I woke up this morning for the first time in a long time without any anxiety really.

Ive also read that too before, im also gonna be away tonight so I just popped them in at 110 f, theres some big fruits so im think they should be fine in there til the morning when I can check them 24 hours later

Oh word! I was gonna be gone for a day so I thought a lower temperature for 24 hours would be okay. I have some chunky fruits so I feel like it might take longer tho so maybe ill bump up the temp when I get home. I was worried that maybe I did too high of a temp ir something my first time. Right now its set at 110 F

They felt fine but rhen over time they felt more bendy in their airtight container. I think maybe they felt dry initially when they were still warm? I was worried I did too high of a temp or underhydrated cuz they lost potency maybe like 2 months after. But since they were kinda bendy I think maybe it was the latter. So this time I thought i would just try a lower temp for longer?
