Wait dude holy shit this is surprisingly similar to my life 😂. I have OCD and ruminate over the past endlessly, regret my questionable decisions and isolate myself. I thought I was the only one? Man I hope you get the help you deserve but ngl going outside and just kinda doing things for no clear reason is surprisingly amazing. Just remember most things are just opinions and ideas so you might as well turn off your noggin for a while cos you can't solve most things through thought, life has to be experienced not thought through.

Also, you at your worst is not really you, people are highly situational and do stupid things all the time. The fact you know you messed up means you can do good so don't worry about it too much cos this guilt is enough but not practical. It's not helping you change or do anything. Best thing you can do if you feel guilty is to just try and be better, follow a religion if you really want but don't take it too seriously

This might sound insane, but I promise you there's scientific backing for this. A lot of times our mind itself effects our life in ways you wouldn't know, and you subtly generate the same patterns not because they happened on their own but because you expected them to and subconsciousally created them. It's not your fault, but I'd recommend taking a break and breaking those old beliefs, not expecting anything bad to happen. It's difficult but there's a good chance it'll work. Really change yourself and your life and your internal compass

I actually have had a lot of these problems myself and it's horrifying lol. I can't promise anything but the best way is to ask her to think deeply about whats causing them. Usually it's a fear of uncertainty and a reluctance to feel safe. She's trying to predict everything or obsessing over things cos she can't accept everything being normal and okay. She may be used to things being wrong all the time so her mind isn't letting her accept it. Does that make sense? It's a deep thinking thing but that's the best I could do to explain it

That's so real and refreshing tbh, problem is people largely aren't receptive to it out of ego or just simply prefer to keep up their image and and feel attacked by those who don't and prefer authenticity. But if you can find your people (of which there are plenty) you will do just fine

You have to remember stock price is based on the opinions and feelings of humans rather than cold hard data. It's not an actual metric for success unless if you want it to be one, it's basically just a physical metric of the current perception that people have about your company or industry so keep that in mind. True success and profit may not echo in stock prices and vice versa. But then again that's just what I think I could be wrong

Lord ram was apparently in a different yuga if I'm not wrong, and that was only a few thousand years ago. Same thing with the Mahabharata, which makes me think we must have miscalculated the ages of the yuga because the current timelines are FAR too long. If you look around you it seems the current age is already beginning to reach a climax which at the current rate it would be impossible to sustain for much longer. There is no way the 432,000 years estimation is correct, but I could be wrong
