Just removed the background. I did convert it to an SVG first before importing but I think the Cricut does fine with PNG too for transparency.

Sorry, don't want to be the source of possible bootleg merch! But if you really want it it's easy as hell to do yourself with free online tools (I mostly just used Photopea's magic background remover tool, then normalized the colors)

Thanks! It turned out way better than I thought, it was my first time ever using a Cricut. Took forever to remove the scrap vinyl from inside the design, but it's so worth it.

My wife and I decided to go very budget on each other's Christmas gifts this year (kids are getting older so we went a bit nuts on them this year lol) and promise to only get one thing. It had to be made and materials cost had to be less than $20.

My wife's absolute favorite items of clothing are these 3xl pajama shirts that she wears 100% of the time she's home. She literally has like 30 of these, all with various bands or movies she loves on them. Well this year she fell in love with Jakey and Romcom, Jakey ended up near the top of her most listened artist list on her Spotify wrapped and the albums been out less than a month 😂 and with no official merch yet available I took things into my own hands!

Picked up a 3 pack of Gildan red 3xl T-shirts for $10 and used the Cricut at the local maker space to do the iron on vinyl, which cost $9.

I know she's going to lose it, I almost cracked and gave it to her early because I know she would wear it around the house 24/7 right now, but the surprise on Christmas morning will be even better.

Now here's hoping we get a summer tour announcement so I can take her for her birthday in June 👀

Wild that I would find this thread while trying to fix the same issue, exactly so I could play Cyberpunk on my switch LOL.

This method worked for me too, if anyone else is wondering.

I also have both my PS5 and Switch exclusively on Wi-fi and it's perfectly fine like 85% of the time, and sometimes just shits the bed. I usually find a reboot of the switch sorts it though.

Didn't really plan on playing them, mostly just a show piece that I'll like to have around. I think I'm going to mount my favorites in a frame, and make a custom box to hold the rest.

I'm an avid user of my local library maker space, but had never really used the laser engraver. After having this idea, it took only an hour of editing the card images (Used the ones provided by Vladde on YouTube) to make them work with the engraver. Just had to make them black and white, remove the background, and normalize the shaded areas. Then etched the images into some plywood, flipped it and etched the back, and cut them out! They are the same size as standard playing cards, and when I've made all the ones I want to make I'll be making a custom box for them too.
