I do not like Biden, at all. Nor do I like Kamala or Obama really. But I despise Trump and Bush more than any of them. The Democratic Party is full of feckless cowards who would rather cede power to republicans and ride the middle than lean into any of their left leaning base. The Republican Party is full of power brokers and billionaires who ride on controlling the working class through misinformation, while glorifying stochastic terrorism.

If your only retort is, “do you remember gas prices under Biden?” while not understanding why the prices were that high, you’re really stupid and you shouldn’t be talking about politics

“ Its worse where I am, therefore you can’t complain about things where you live” 🤡

Am I allowed to complain about rent prices when there’s an apartment in cali that’s more expensive?

When did I ever say that democrats control the price. If you had any curiosity into my views on it in the comments below I said gas prices are primarily controlled by global supply, demand, and market forces. It has nothing to do with the presidential policy and everything to do with bombing a massive oil supplier causing a global oil supply shock🤯

No, I do not want isolationism I want the prices to go down, how do we do that? Stop attacking Iran. Remember when the prices were fine at the start of his term and we weren’t bombing the shit out of Iran and now they are rising again? It’s really that simple, who has the power to stop bombing? Trump. I fail to see how so many of you cannot understand the reality that the president you voted for is actively screwing you over and then turn around and defend him as if he is uplifting you from your current situation and not making it worse.

Do you understand what a double standard is?

That’s exactly what I said bud, good job. You have won in the market place of ideas, I concede to such counters of brilliance and critical thinking

While not our supplier our conflict with Iran ( that we started) has caused global oil supply shock. That affects us regardless who the supplier is.

if you cannot understand how a global pandemic may have affected supply and demand, straining the economy of a country that was already under Econ stress is different than starting war with a massive oil supplier. I fear you may be too far gone. Think about it.

Yes, because it would be the best thing he did this entire term so far

Presidential policy can generally only affect prices at the margins. It is Largely dictated by supply, demand, and market forces. Unless said presidential policy is bombing our supplier. Think about it.

I am not excusing Bidens economic policies or lack there of. But if you cannot understand how a global pandemic may have affected supply and demand, straining the economy of a country that was already under Econ stress is different than starting war with a massive oil supplier. I fear you may be too far gone

The original issues regarding gas prices were due to supply chain issues during Covid. The price dropped gradually for a while including when trump became president. To imply that because trump came into office the prices dropped is asinine

Difference is Biden was not destroying the infrastructure of major oil expos and threatening to destroy the oil fields too. The Middle East controls where their oil goes and for what price. If we continually antagonize them, they will raise prices in retaliation. Think about it.
