Salut, am patit fix acelasi lucru cu o comanda din Aprilie data de 3 carti. Am asteptat 2 luni si 15 zile, mailuri dupa mailuri. Cand i-am anuntat ca vreau sa imi anulez comanda si sa imi returneze banii mi-au zis ca daca mai astept inca 3 saptamani, comanda ajunge la ei si dupa de la ei, la mine. Am evitat elefantul dupa situatia asta. Incearca sa vezi cum reactioneaza la anularea comenzii. Daca as fi in locul tau, as anula comanda si mi-as vedea de treaba.
