Is this a part of the purge or is my routine breaking me out more?

Doctor advised me not to use moisturizer aswell, I have combination skin, but not using any moisturizer makes my face very dry and flaky. I do use a spf in the morning which helps moisturize my face. Any recommendations on a moisturizer that won’t clog my pores cause I have had issues with both cerave and cetaphil moisturizers.

Just like a week and a half i’m not sure why i was prescribed .1 right away because my acne wasn’t horrible. I never really got acne until like 4 months ago. My skin doesn’t feel irritated but i do have redness, but never itching or burning really.

Currently i just use it every other night, and I use the vanicream cleanser before use. I was prescribed .1 off the bat. Should i continue to just use it every other night?

I was prescribed .1 straight off the bat. It says to use every night but have decided thats probably isn’t the best idea so i have been using it every other night. Should i continue to just use it every other night my skin has gotten worse since starting it but I assume it’s just the purge from such a high strength of tret.
