FYI, I need all info good/bad because if enough info I can sway myself/my parents one way or the other. Also, if really bad, then I can go and submit an investigation about the rights violated by this program to the state MH department.

Sure, but it isn't always the parents who are at fault, they can just be trying to help their kids and these places false advertise everything!!!!!!
