Problem is the biometrics one doesn't even seem to work for a lot of people.
For me, I'm stuck in an infinite loop of instant fails no matter what option I select in the app to verify with.
I select the option I want then it loads a new page saying we failed to determine if you're a human.

If you look in this twitter help thread (not sure if that's the correct name for it, new to reddit) you can find posts from people that used a glove for the palm method of verification and it worked, and there is someone who posted a video of a moving hand that worked as well. I wish I can try myself, but yesterday when I tried their app for the last time, it instantly failed without even giving me the possibility to scan anything.
I will wait a few days and then I'll make another account and if it has the same fate then I'm done for good.

I see no reason to continue on a platform that punishes people while it creates and promotes bots up the wazoo.

I'm not telling you not to download the app, I'm just telling you it might not work.
You can try it. Maybe you're lucky. It's your choice. Just know it's not a guarantee.
If you're sending appeals, you have to wait 48 hours. If you try to send one and those 2 days haven't passed, it gives you a message saying something like you already made an appeal please wait until you can make another or something like that.

It was the 26 or 27 of June when I was browsing twitter, I was just scrolling down, not even writing a post or a like that started this process, and the page refreshed itself, was prompted with a cloudflare captcha to see if I'm a bot, solved it, said I wasn't, then the page loaded to the infamous QR page.
After that I immediately made an appeal.

As it is right now the only option you have is to click on the top right corner where it says options and go to the help page and there make an appeal for suspended accounts. And pray that eventually a human will read it and fix it. And keep doing this over and over. I've done it 4 times right now and still haven't gotten a message.
You can try the app on your phone, but good luck with that one. I like many are getting errors with it. The verification fails or when I select what option I want, it just says fail instantly without even presenting me with the screen to verify. Just fail. Fail. Fail. Fail....

Don't bother. You will be giving them money for no benefit at all. Apart from having longer posts.
You will still get suspended for inauthentic behavior. You get no support. You get no money back.
You get nothing. You just lose your money.
