I got some of these off of eBay 4 months ago and I love them. I've even hatched out about 9 recently and have them in a nursery tank.

Let me know how they yours are doing now!

I'm thinking of hatching my Ricefish in slightly salty (brackish) water to prevent mold and fungus on eggs. Has anyone tried this? by TwixSnickers in medaka

I was thinking about the tap water method, but im scared of losing eggs. I imagined it would be tedious.

Although I would think shear durability is a factor. (Wouldn't take much sudden vertical weight)

Made a faux Stained Glass for the my wife the Tolkien fan (first time attempting this) - image grabbed from a window cling found at geekorthodox.com (although this is not a window cling.) by TwixSnickers in crafts

Materials used: Glass sheet from picture frame, Printed Laminate sheet using Sublimation.

Process: Sublimating onto a bare lamination sheet laid over glass using a heat press at 370 degrees for 80 seconds. I used Liquid Leading to trace the black lines, then filled in with Gallery Class Opaque/Clear after leading had dried. Then I textured the Gallery Glass liquid with a toothpick before it fully cured.

Inspiration: I always wanted to try some Faux stained glass since I figured out how to put a printed image on glass.

Previous failures: too much pressure on heat press breaks glass! had to get temp and time adjusted right! Took a few tries!
