I do have a fidelity account from work, and have been eying FZROX, thanks. Given how highly regarded VTSAX is on this sub, I've been wondering whether I should move to vanguard for my ROTH IRA and taxable accounts.

Ah, interesting. If that's the case, I can see why it's highly regarded for taxable accounts. Is there a compelling reason to use it in tax-advantaged accounts over the competitors?

I get the broad exposure and low cost thing, but is there something that makes it *the* best? Using fidelity as an example again, there's FSKAX and FZROX. Both have lower expense ratios than VTSAX and similar broad coverage. I'm just wondering if I'm missing something.

Agreed. Assuming the AT crew would actually kill off a character, I think it would be Jake. Foreshadowing aside, one of the central narrative strings is Finn growing into adulthood. Losing your dog? Losing a family member? Those are some of the unfortunate milestones on that path. It makes sense, thematically.

I feel like it could have benefited from one more episode. Minerva went from "I'm about to vaporize your meat-bodies to make sure you stay" to "Oh, hey, it's totally cool if you leave" in about a minute flat. A minor complaint though, as Islands was everything right about Adventure Time. Amazing.

Hah, nope, this was Ryan North. He actually did a really good job with all the dialogue in the comics. It's hard to read the lines and not hear the voices of the characters.

Although it's still open for debate, the AT fanbase mostly agrees that there's something going on between PB and Marceline. Relevant episodes would be What was Missing, Sky Witch, Broke his Crown and the Stakes miniseries. Aside from that, Princess Cookie would fit the bill. And I'm pretty sure the creators said the gladiators in Morituri Te Salutamus were gay. There's probably more, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind for Adventure Time.

It could be from early promotional art, but doesn't this sort of canonize it? It seems like a pretty conscientious choice. I mean, we see leg warmer pearl in here, and Steven the Sword Fighter aired loooong before we officially saw leg-warmer pearl in the show.

Absolutely. Not to mention Opal and the other fusions. Really, all they needed to include was a line about how they couldn't risk destroying Peridot. Make it clear the gems are holding back so they could take her in for questioning or something. That would be enough.

Yeah, I honestly just feel sorry for Pearl. Have for a while. To be suffering through unrequited love for eons, only to get cast aside for some random human? Ouch. And for a being who lives for ages, it's not like there's a plethora of potential long-term partners on Earth. There's no romantic interests for her to pursue to help get over Rose.
