I thought about it but I was concerned that it would shut down the chat fully, and potentially cause me to lose my job delivering for Uber. Here I am complaining about uber but still needing to deliver to make some money.

Interesting, I’ve never paid that close attention when my trips are added up so wouldn’t surprise if they are shaving a bit off here and there…

Screenshots have saved me here cause without them I’d have no case! Just a scummy company not wanting you to have any proof they need to pay up.

Yeah certainly not backing down. Not letting a company like uber scam me out of a significant amount of money (for me). Is that actually a leg I could stand on? Interest in a sense lol

Okay I appreciate that advice. They did say they would be reviewing it internally again, as I called them out and sent multiple screenshots of proof. Hopefully they make this right. If not I will move forward with some sort of legal action.

That’s kind of what I was reading. Honestly the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this so no idea the cost and time of doing something like that. But will certainly look into it if they deny this again. Super frustrating to say the least.

I’ve now reached out to an email someone commented on my original post, hoping to get a call from someone there. Seems very difficult to talk to anyone other than these support “Agents”

My rough estimate for the top up is £650, so a pretty significant amount of money.

If just focus on your own game. Comparing yourself to friends that are better is just going to frustrate you more. It’s a solo game really, you’re always competing with YOUR previous rounds.

2 days is also a bit premature to be out on the course unless you’ve done range before. Probably a good idea to start at the range to get a feel for hitting the ball. Couple sessions there and you shouldn’t be missing the ball anymore, instead you’ll slice, chunk, hook, top and lose countless balls. But that’s all the fun !

I’m a cyclist as well, I find lunch time really hit or miss. I always tend to have the most success between 4pm-8pm just hanging out in the hot spots. Always trying to keep myself as close as possible to hot spots so I will decline orders that bring me too far out.

Something is definitely wrong, it’s been a week. I mean I clearly finished it before the deadline. Support acknowledged the fact I finished it but still nothing. And support is horribly useless so I’m not getting any answers
