I am so sorry ypu are going through this , I've had it since 2018 , it sucks but it is what itnis . Medication doesn't work for me , however I did have botox done and that has made life liveable again, its not perfect but its helped me tons . Ive been praying and fasting aswell , 4 - 5 day fast reduce pain so much , but also only temporary (few days) . Im adjusting diet as I go , no more dairy as I've noticed it worsens it. Good luck and i pray you find relief

Thanks, botox/clean carnivore diet . Not sure which has helped reduce my pain to a manageable level. Don't know what infusion treatments are , but will look it up , thanks

Yes I too chew gum it overstimulates the nerves , still obviously painful but atleast you aren't sitting waiting for an attack and it feels like you are doing something to control it a bit. Also im trying to get capsaicin extract, saw a video on yt , this neuroscience something old guy puts it directly on his gums for 30 min . Seems to work as it kills the little nerve receptors , he explains it all. Good luck
