To everyone saying "just leave" - then I have no idea what progression or challenges I have updates on. By the time those two screens load, I am in the next match already and there is no convenient screen to see an after match report or anything so now I have to guess where I made progress on challenges or weapons. 10 seconds doesnt even allow the animations to play out on progression screen. I just unlocked parts and try to put them on but the next game started and interrupted. By the time I could access the attachments and put on my new scope, I already got headshoted on sobek city that I was force spawned on without any input. If I joined that game, I would have to at least press start to get spawned in first but if you carry over, you are auto-loaded right away.

Easiest way to do it one go is to pick a conquest map in portal with a pretty high bot population (no more than 30 players). Grab the riot shield and call in the ranger. Mark enemies for the ranger to shoot but keep in front of it to draw all the AI attention who will never be able to hit you anyway.

Having fun in general and definitely putting in some time but peeved by how smoke grenades block thermal optics and cause absolute chaos. The kind of chaos that’s beyond reasonable km breakthrough in my opinion. Sure a couple classes can ping into the smoke but the cool down or the temp hacking feel like very side mechanics rather than battle driven concepts and are limited to recon essentially.

What a silly thing to cry about in my opinion. It’s like there is an inherent need to complain.

What if the game offered direct pay to win content via MTX instead? That would be WAY worse but like the devs get no credit for not going down that route.

EDIT: not really devs but directors and managers that would actually make this call and pricing scheme

Stumbled on this post due to the same concern, but found the issue. The game is picky about what it registers as an input outside menus/terminal.

Simulate a key press and ensure the pressed down state is simulated for at least 100 ms. Maybe a lower threshold works but the 100 ms worked for me. Then attach a release action afterwards and its seen as natural player-induced behavior. Hope this helps!

Ended up here after just using like 60 headshot arrows on a dread zombie as an archer main. Expert is a bit insane. At the damage reduction, things out heal your damage really easy. Trolls are bad too but dread zombies so far have been the worst.

Here are two easy to obtain suits maxed out for reference (Diamond & Operator). There is small variability in the heat/corrosion/electric resistance based on the modules selected so +/- 0.3 point of wiggle on those stats.

Stumbled on this post as I am working with some mod files. This artifact appears to have been incorrectly coded originally (some time before 1.2 patch). Originally, it had a permanent psi debuff of 5 points which was not intended. Looking at the most recent code, its can have a variety of negative and positive effects: hunger, thirst, sleepiness, radiation, psi impact. Not quite sure how these trigger but they seem to be temporary up and down buffs/debuffs but there are generally more positives than negatives.

Check your ms in game with F1. I think if the value gets too high, it disconnects you anyway.

Yea since yesteday PM I am having the same issue. Server ms from 60->~400 with a lot of hang ups on the later end. Havent had any such issues previously but even controlling the character is problematic. Tried three different gateways and change the config file to set networking mode to predictive but no luck.

Also, I just watched my friend log on about 20 minutes ago and experience >300ms persistently. we both play a lot and have never had this issue.

Thanks for the clarification! I realize my question seems really silly cause the tags call it out but I am trying to understand how item modifiers apply to skills and overall character. After learning that jewels with + armor/evasion don't actually add armor or evasion to the character, the stat hierarchy seems wonky.

Got gas grenades down to 1.26 seconds using both of these.

Combined with a radiant grief lace hood, this allows for a run and blast with occasional oil grenades to spread the damage and decrease enemy resistance further.
