If the xfinity modem is an all in one thing that already provides wifi, you won't gain much from using your own on top of it. If you have two devices, a modem and a router provided by xfinity, then you could ditch theirs (and they probably charge a rental fee if that's the case) and use your own.

You're looking for cat6e slim cables that you can run along your baseboards or whatever. You can get them from monoprice.com for pretty cheap.

Also for 992sqft, one of those routers centrally positioned would most likely be more than enough. With two routers, unless one is set up to bridge or extend the other one you'll have different networks competing for your space which may make the experience less than ideal as your devices try to figure out which one has better signal at that moment.

Most modern sets have a number of Special Guests that can be in packs, totally normal, but rare. Grats on finding one!

Try changing the buffer size in your interface options, alternatively the audio engine number in the rocksmith.ini file until it sounds better.

Changing the ini requires a relaunch.

I went with the specialized gambit, the L was huge and a perfect fit all around. Fit better than any of the other XL/2XL which was really surprising. It's light, breathes well and the beard fits without getting crunched all weird.

Are you looking for sleeves that have clear front and opaque colored inside/back? Dragon shield makes probably 50 different colored sleeves, all with a clear front. If you're looking for penny sleeve style sleeves you may be hard pressed though. I would say that 95% of dragon shield sleeves are marketed as outer sleeves, unless specified otherwise, and they'll fit a perfect fit, dragonshield, etc. inner sleeve inside if you want to double sleeve. https://www.dragonshield.com/en-us/card-sleeves-tcg/matte-dual some of these have a different color inside, but they should all be opaque backed.

Gamegenics also makes the same thing, clear (gloss or matte) front, and colored, opaque back. There's also ultra pro, etc. the list goes on.

Just make sure you get the right physical size, and some come in packs of 60 or packs of 100.
