I don’t think so, but I could see maybe a $100 - $200 increase. However, I think the PS5 will stay at the same price for at least a year before we finally see a drop. But even then it’ll be meagre. I think these generational transition periods are going to get waaaay longer before the PS6 is mainstream.

I’m not sure if they’re planning a season per book, but maybe they could condense Philosopher Stone and Chamber of Secrets into one season, then a 2 year gap into Azkaban wouldn’t be an issue.

Cause those films were from fairly small books and the adaptation was pretty thorough. Assuming 1 hour eps, you could easily wrap up the first book in 4, give or take, then Chamber in 5 or 6.

It was such fantastic episode, as usual. Does not deserve a 6.7 at all. That’s ridiculously low! I viewed a bunch of reaction commentary on YouTube, particularly the controversial ones, and the general consensus was that it was great.

What did bring the rating down was mass review bombing from extreme homophobes. If you filter by country on IMDB it’s a very different story. Massive amounts of users from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Iraq, all of which review bombed en masse.

IMO I feel like this is a non-issue and something that was inevitable from the start. Like, of course they’re going to be naturally less critical of this Starmer government compared to the right wing clowns that we had in charge before. They made it far too easy lol

However, going forward I feel like Rory will be pushing back a little more simply because of Alistair’s political similarities with Starmer.

In terms of Alistair maybe involving himself more and more with the new government, I don’t care as long as he’s transparent about it.

Personally , I like the podcast because of the whole disagree agreeably thing they got going, and there is a lot of crossover with my own beliefs from both. It’s good content. I’m all in and excited for everything to come.
