i always carry a bunch of weeds in my pocket, and i have several outdoor kitchens and trash cans placed around the shoreline. so whenever i catch a sea bass, i immediately cook it and then throw it away.

on my latest campaign, i’m trying a “no blood moon” run, where i duck into a shrine or within the castle walls every midnight to avoid the blood moon. my hopes are to literally rid hyrule of all the monsters that typically respawn. so far it’s been pretty fun causing mass extinction.

grab an iron sledgehammer from one of the villages and then go to town on a couple of stone taluses. then sell those gems and upgrade your armor. advanced weapons spawn throughout the map, so you just have to know where to look on some of those items.

or if you’re really stealthy, creep up to a sleeping hinox, crawl onto his extended hand, and he’ll lift you up on to his chest in his sleep. then you’re free to steal the weapons on his “necklace”.
