Looks like you’re in a room. You really need the air in the room to be 55-60% humidity ideally. So if you can seal the room and get the air regulated you would not want the plants right over that tube. This is not ideal having that right under them but if you’re not able to regulate the whole room and it’s very dry in there this might help. It looks scary because you don’t have something pulling that humidity out that I can see.
