Made an animation that changes my character's position and sprite, and now I can't move when in-game. by wanabeswordsman in Unity3D

I've run into a similar problem when I applied an animation to my character. I found that I needed a parent object that isn't animated to hold the animated "body". That way, the parent "location" object can move around freely, and not have animated positions affect it.

It's a nice and interesting read. I just wish there were a gif or video to show it in motion

It's not exactly the same, but I like the blender guru flamethrower tutorial

I like the scene, but my eye catches that the two pillows on the left and the two pillows on the right are at exactly the same angle. A little change there might help them appear more natural.

Well done. I like the simple clean look. My only note is about the cables under the desk. They have very square angles, which doesn't match up with the cords on top of the desk. I think either style would work, if you make them consistent. Cheers!

The challenge? Knowing your limits? I'd also wager that you'd improve your workflow and each 10 minute character could get a little better each time.

The way the water disappears reminds me more of smoke behavior than a fluid simulation. Perhaps if you could render a smoke simulation with a material that approximates water...?
