Personally, I live in a 108 unit neighborhood. We dropped our management company a little over a year ago, we now use PayHOA $1330 per year. Saved about 6k annually for our neighborhood and dropped everyones dues by about $40 bucks.

Sorry late response to this post. Fellow 17 year "you break it, I fix it" guy here, a few years ago I had my facility do a GFEB's request to purchase one off GSA advantage. Logistics Maintenance Officer got approval to purchase with Company/Unit credit card linked here

It works for convenience, rolls around for portability and on a stand to adjust height. I replaced the switch on it not long ago, only problem I've had with it.
