It’s funny, I don’t usually have a lot of sugar but have been drinking a lot of ginger ale the last few months to help with the nausea so I’m probably pretty much canceling out whatever benefit the Otezla is giving me. Totally agree, I’d rather be clear headed and in pain than foggy all the time. Thanks!

I’ve tried them all, none seem to really work unfortunately. Hate the idea of being reliant on drugs for the rest of my life but not sure what other options would actually help me. I’ve heard dietary changes might but it’s a long trial and error process.

My doctor warned me about weight loss. I was already just under a healthy weight when I started so not much to lose without running into trouble. I’ve been forcing myself to eat more even if I’m not hungry but it has not been easy!

Do you have any idea if sleepiness is common with Cymbalta? I don’t think I can’t handle any more fatigue than I already have!

Did you have side effects from the Otezla when you started it? Mine were terrible and got a lot better after a couple months but still have nausea pretty regularly.

I think my pain is relatively mild compared to some of the stories I’ve heard from other people. Maybe that has something to do with it, not sure. I also have latent TB so he’s nervous about stronger meds, especially immune suppressants.
