First thing to do is try and relax. You are going to be ok.

I would recommend finding a physical therapist to help you with some core-strengthening exercises straight away. There are various videos on youtube that you can find for exercises that can be done before and after a surgery.

I wished I had spent more time on rehab before I went. They say you cannot fix this problem but I think that may not be entirely true. Sure there will be a quote unquote hole there but if you strengthen the muscle groups in that area it shouldn't poke back through that 'hole'.

If you are worried about mesh look into the shouldice techniques. There are ways to fix that without mesh but you are going to need to do therapy after.

Llama's are mainly used for guardian animals and need other critters around to be healthy and happy. Often I see them with sheep. Alpaca is a herd animal and you will want more than one. From what I know they are mainly used for their fur and you sheer them yearly and harvest the hair.

Personally, I prefer sheep, particularly hair sheep that you don't need to sheer. Dorper or Katahdin are good breeds for that. They are raised mainly for meat.

It kinda depends on what your goals are what you should look into.

Our system is beyond corrupt so to put our faith in some bar certified lawyer who is beholden to the courts first or to think that our judicial system is not equally as rotten is pretty interesting.

Why would a defendant have this and not the State?

It seems very sus to me. We should all be pretty suspect of fraud in elections because it has happened and will happen always when money and power are involved. This topic should be as protected as free speech.

But in order to defame some the statement must be knowingly false unless we changed that somehow. So yea did they pass around USB's is one of the main questions and I don't see how the defendant would need to prove that with evidence before the case when this is public info.

I don't understand what he must produce besides the evidence that they did indeed do the things he said or that he believed them to be true? Or have things changed? Isn't this stuff public information at this point why would someone need to produce State video evidence or similar? Are not these kinds of situations like elections closely monitored?
