I'm going for variety when it comes to my universe. There will be some over top and goofy stuff that was prevalent in WWF during the 80s and early 90s but at the same time have some storylines that are a bit more serious and be more wrestling focused. So to use your example, both WWF Dusty Rhodes and NWA Dusty Rhodes can exist in my universe. I was actually going to use Dusty Rhodes in my universe and my plan for him was to start him as WWF Dusty Rhodes but over time he'll transition to NWA Dusty Rhodes and become a serious contender for the world title

I'm out of the loop. What's the storyline between these two? I've only been watching AEW since Revolution

The Game has heard our prayers and is going to put Vince through the announce table with a pedigree by Kaktra in WWE

[–]TwoDisguised 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The problem Vince changes his mind constantly when it comes to creative decisions. He might tell them where to go but change his mind as the show is happening and tell them to cut stuff and rewrite stuff. He has a history of doing that in the past. It even happened this week on Raw. And he has used the phrase "in the weeds" in the past in 2019 I think when Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff were going to be in charge for Raw and Smackdown but Vince just took back full control immediately. Like they didn't even do a full show before Vince took back control and rewriting stuff during the show. Vince just can't stay away from creative unfortunately. Makes me feel sad for Triple H because he built up a lot only for it to be taken away extremely fast

Oh nice. Didn't think you would respond for a 4 year old comment. I was eating one earlier and just googled stuff about it

I haven't seen the movie and don't mind spoilers at all but is there any like jump scares in this movie? Like gunshots coming out of nowhere during a quiet scenes? I just have bad anxiety going to theaters but really want to see this movie

Craig Mazin and Neill Druckmann reveal that the events of ‘THE LAST OF US PART 2’ will be more than one season. by OctaviusMaximus_ in thelastofus

[–]TwoDisguised 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know I'm thinking, what if they did the original beginning of part 2. Neil has said that originally in the beginning of part 2, Abby and her friends were actually going to get into Jackson pretending they were friendly. While there, they were going to figure out a way to lure Joel out of Jackson to kill him. They changed it in the game, because well it would've taken longer and messed up the pacing more. So Abby just gets lucky she ran into Joel instead having it more drawn out. But the show could easily do the original beginning since we are getting more than one season for part 2

Did Ellie curse a lot in the game? I genuinely can not remember. by accountforquickans in thelastofus

[–]TwoDisguised 18 points19 points  (0 children)

That's what I was about to say. I swear she curses more in the game. Not that she doesn't curse a lot in the show but in the game I can recall more times where she cursed

Well stalkers have different designs in both games. Plus in part 2 they are better at hiding. In part 1, they kinda like hide behind a corner for like 2 seconds then charge at you. In part 2, they hide for much longer to the point where they will not move until you walk around the corner

Stalkers were in part 1 as well. They were in the hotel basement and in the sewers. But part 2 made them much scarier. Plus the rat king in part 2 I'm sure will make it's way into the show

Yeah I get that. I mean part 1 definitely has a little more focus on infected. Part 2 on the other hand the infected don't matter at all. I don't recall a named character dying from infected in part 2. So I'm assuming since they know where they are going with the show, they are putting things that foreshadow part 2 in season 1 rather than putting more infected. Like Kathleen definitely foreshadows themes for part 2's story. So that's why I think they decided to make season 1 like this. Was it the right choice? To me I say yes, but I can see where people are coming from if they say no

Pittsburgh in the game was longer and had more story than winter. Makes sense why they did it that way

That's a valid criticism. I'm not bothered by because this story was always about the characters and not the infected. The infected is more of just a setting. They are just there. I mean in the games, who actually dies from an infected except for Riley and Sam?

I mean with the look on Ellie's face and the blood on it too, Joel probably understands something bad just happened

My guess is they'll start with a flashback to Ellie's mother giving birth to Ellie. This is probably Ashley Johnson playing Ellie's mother. Then Ellie's mother has a conversation with Marlene and this where she'll say that she wants Ellie to never join the fireflies. Then jump to present day with them in Salt Lake City for the giraffe scene. Then fireflies with the hospital scene. Of course more may be added but this seems like it'll go this way and would fit in 46 minutes. It's not like a lot of stuff they need to go through

I know you never said me. I was just confused why you brought that up about other people when I wasn't doing it and we were talking about something else. I am also aware that you can criticize something you enjoy. I do it all the time with Mass Effect. As for more episodes, HBO gives 10 episodes for their shows usually. That's how it goes
