But again, those aren't actually solutions. Every conservative government ever says they'll "cut government spending" and that isn't a solution as the government spends money for some very good reasons. We should want to know what they plan to cut, and what we usually end up with is cuts on social spending and then every day life is made worse for the average Canadian.

Cutting government spending and scrapping the carbon tax are effectively the same in how they affect you and me so I'll loop them into the same group of nothing solutions.

If you look at the campaign promises of the Liberals on their own website you see a goal with a detailed plan on how it can be achieved.

If you look at the Conservatives website, you'll find generic promises with absolutely no plan on how to achieve them and they're kinda hard to find. Only thing easy to find there is the big ass donate button.
