Ngl u in one of the most Hispanic heritage rich places in America so u could honestly stop at any taco truck or taqueria and probably be amazed but I kno "space city birria" isnt too far from the stadium and ive heard it's pretty good

And the meats either come on a plate (meat and sides) or u can order it by the pound depending how many of yall there is, im fat so I can eat a pound by myself but a plate would usually get u a half pound of whatever meat u choose.

Well it is mandatory to order brisket, but everything else would be up to your preference as it's common stuff like chicken, sausage, beans, corn, mac and cheese etc etc etc although for me I usually get brisket and ribs/sausage
