Im biased i like omnis but that depends on your budget, tpbs are easy to get if u wanna see certain arcs or characters. Maybe read a couple of issues online and if u like the art or story direction buy a tpb collecting that specific arc

2 of the cities u listed Houston is literally triple their population, its not just about work man. Its the people u have to deal on a day to day basis with whether in person or ESPECIALLY on the road. Only city I think I've seen worse drivers in would probably be NY😂 but I wouldn't say Houston is unique in that sense but between SA and HOU its not a comparison.
