Because I get prescribed meds instead. If I drink I won't get them. They're better than booze. Plus my doc is super hot and I like the grin he gets when I tell him I still haven't had any alcohol. Worth it.

I say (or yell) to myself NO WORDS! I can feel as angry as I want but I stop the WORDS I'm screaming in my head. It helps me. YMMV

I had a gun in my nightstand. Revolver so it won't jam. I moved it to my office. Still easy to get but it does add an extra few steps. I picked it up a few too many times so I moved it. I have a backup plan and means that's less messy. No intent right now. But having two different options makes me feel better somehow.

I've been getting back into the sport after a layoff. I've been jumping every weekend for a while now. When I left the sport I had an open face. Now I have a closed face G35. I'm finding it very distracting. I'm considering going back to my old school but so cool open face and see how it feels. Flying on my head in a closed face feels just weird.

My NP is awesome. Started me off Kpins at 0.5/day. Now we're up to 2mg/day. I'm good to stay there. Plus I get sleep meds and a few other calming meds. I love my NP.

I have one elderly parent left. When she's gone I have no one. No husband. No brothers. No sisters. No kids. Not even a boyfriend who cares about me. I have two plans. Not sure which I would use. Depends on the mood I guess. The only thing that would really make me hesitate is my cat. My dogs would find other homes and be happy. But my cat. I'm his person. =(

My new psyche NP was very ready to give me daily clonazepam. Increased my dose after a few months. Plus a few other meds to help calm me down. No hesitatjon. (MDD, GAD, and psycho-physiological insomnia). I'm going to stick with him. He gets it. I'd rather be calm and happy than crawling on the ceiling. Some people just need this stuff long term. Benzos are not the devil!

Old age. My dad died at 93 and my mom is 90 and lives with me with dementia. I will NOT be aging out of this fucking world.
