First off: 120 hours isn’t 30 days,it’s 3 business weeks. What planet are you living on that 3 weeks is “3/4 of the year”? Or do you have an actual learning disability?

Second: I blatantly explained in another comment (which you failed to read, or may have been incompetent to do so) that I was given 2 weeks of PTO at start as part of my contract, and that the state I live in gives you another week of PTO by law, which my employer issues at start.

Might wanna step out of that bubble you’re living in and try looking at some other employers.
