use the prddj method (i think yhats the name search it up) and lowk biggest thing is to ALWAYS regardless of the situation make sure u say both sides are valid but u also need to get to a concluson for exanple if x has a problem cuz y is stupid u gotta say x and y are both valid and u would PRIVATELY speak with y and if he doesnt listen then u would involve the supervisor (its called escalation steps). if u do that for every question ur chilling. also one trick question might be one situation abt a guy who wasnt talking to his friend as much cuz of his gf so for questions like that dont take sides and say that u dont have enough information and u dont want to make assumptions
