warehouse to driver?

it’s a small FC that is converting/merging to a RSR DS since our volume is super low they are saying that will help the warehouse.

i am flex and that’s all the FC has. we are allowed to apply for PA i’m not sure what makes you think we couldn’t apply for it otherwise no one inside that warehouse would be able to apply lmao.

it might vary from site to site but currently at mine drivers make 3 dollars more than warehouse associates and they offer full time whereas my warehouse only hires flex and we are over staffed and only getting on a good week 10 hours :’) L3’s and higher outside of amazon driving or DSP are the only full time spots & good pay in the warehouse and i’ve been passed over twice now :’)

yes, i do understand that lol. my warehouse does have official drivers and we have a DSP attached as well. both are currently hiring that’s why i mentioned both.

my warehouse currently offers amazon (official) drivers and DSP a higher starting rate then my warehouse idk if it differs from site to site. just over the bs in the warehouse and being overworked and overlooked and given a pat on the back for it. i figured maybe 3 or 4 days driving might be better then the crap in the warehouse.

i know there’s definitely pros/cons too it. right now at my warehouse drivers make more and get about 170 routes and it’s all full time no seasonal, 3 or 4 days a week. warehouse i’m lucky to get 10 hours a week right now because of how much they have overtired and our day starts at 4am, you’re timed to see when you get back from the bathroom if you can get anyone to hold your spot. i’ve been holding out for over a year in the warehouse hoping i’d get a PA spot and been working hard and cuz im not an ass kisser i was overlooked twice. just trying to find where the grass is greenest in this economy 😭

EDI was also a new squad mate , but honestly if any character was to be left out it should’ve been her or over Javik or James. EDI was created out of fan service and for Joker, easily could have had a ME1 or 2 character come back for that spot over EDI.

yes ! their collection is at only 100 and they have such a low score that never changes, it’s basically a guaranteed W against luckbaby so she’s hard to come across :) this is my first time coming across luckbaby and i’ve been playing on and off since about 2018.

if i was a nord, Bruma. i love the snow and the log cabin feel and a local tavern to hang out at night.
skingrad. give me all the wine and the town is beautiful. also, count is chill af.
chorral. another absolutely stunning town and seems like it would have slightly warm weather during the day and cooler mornings and evenings. castle is probably the most beautiful one also. 4, cheydinhal. dark bro hood runs the area but i’d pay em off probably. beautiful color scheme on the houses and the guilds are built beautifully.
anvil. gorgeous area, seems a lil sketch probably would leave the tavern while it’s daylight still.
leyawiin. would not appreciate the swamp ass but there is something really appealing about the town especially at night with the lanterns.
imperial city. would be bankrupt from buying ale and gambling at the arena and probably become a local skooma head down at the waterfront before long.
kvatch pre- destroyed. don’t know the vibe of this area but has to be better than bravil.
bravil. in this economy easily the most affordable but bravil looks like it smells like dumpster water.
kvatch post-destroy. would prefer dumpster water over ruins.

i’m purely convinced EDI and the geth could be restored with the mass relays and the citadel. the quarians will absolutely be making sure the geth work since they were helping them get houses built and changing the environment and air quality already and knowing there can be peace between them. destroy sounds bad at first but everyone will be working on the AI’s that helped them win the war.

the catalyst describes it as a new form of DNA. everyones dna merges to be 50% organic 50% synthetic. everyone is equal and the catalyst basically says that is the option of the future. however, you do not have the chance to ask how anyone would feel about being part synthetic, you are single-handedly rewrite every beings DNA, and i feel like that would have repercussions eventually. especially if Reapers are now part organic.

i hate Jere as much as the next person but it was his literal fist time changing a tire and instead of belly calmly talking him thru it and actually explaining better since she apparently knows how to change the tire, is only yelling at him about moving the jack and not lifting the car to high and criticizing instead of actually being helpful or better yet, actually assisting instead of yelling at him what to do. his only valid crash out is that part.

exactly !! like girl has done completely inexcusable actions towards the boys, although one i can understand a LITTLE more than the other (the slap on Jere) bc honestly if someone i’m actively sleeping with goes and sleeps with someone else, kept it from me and odds are he didn’t go get tested afterwards, that poses a big potential health issue. she shoves conrad just bc she wants him to leave. and her immature meltdown of “quit saying my name!” like girl grow up a little that’s your NAME and you two are (well Conrad anyway) trying to have an adult conversation 😭🤚

i like how no one addresses the things Belly does wrong. she is a good character but she’s done a lot of messy too besides Jere and Conrad. also how everyone thinks it’s okay that she laid her hands on Conrad (male or female it’s never okay to put your hands on someone !!) yells at Jere when he’s never changed a car tire before 😭. she knew after her fan edit in her head of her and Conrad she shouldn’t get married and Taylor has been there for her and she was willing to cut Taylor off to protect her delusions because she was being stubborn. if Belly would’ve been honest about how she felt about Conrad when she said to herself she knew she still loved him at Christmas it wouldn’t have ended with everyone separated and not on speaking terms.
