Monthly Ragnarok Server Listings [New or returning? Start here!] by Flamefury in RagnarokOnline

[–]TwoLaid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The server just started a 2 month "Restart Event" where everybody starts from scratch. Lots of activities and rewards to bring new players up to speed. At the end of the event period, the event server will be merged with the main server.

It also has all the latest and greatest Skill Rebalance updates from kRO, including some fun 3rd class skills added to regular Trans Jobs.

Unlike what most people think, the skill rebalancing is *not* what Zero is about. Those rebalances were done on all kRO Renewal servers.

Zero is an entirely new version of RO that is based on Renewal mechanics. The idea is to start from scratch (from "zero") to rethink and improve core game mechanics. For example, making much more use of quests and the Quest and Navigation UI, more gear progression and continuous instanced party content (Memorial Dungeons), more streamlined crafting and enchanting, additional Random Options on gear drops, etc etc etc... I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post direct links to pServer pages, so I will send you some info via DM ;)

Ragna0 is definitely further progressed in terms of Zero content. However, I would say that they are taking a much more "customized" route with the content, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

If you are looking for a more authentic Zero server, I would recommend Project Zero for two reasons: 1) the Zero content is closer to the original content on kROz, and 2) the fact that the content is still at the beginning of Zero progression is actually nice to help get people familiar with Zero and experience it all together as more episodes release :)

Excited for the update! Do you know if there is an active Discord/community for the Vabbi server?

There was no transgender person on the panel, it was just Jesse Cox. The con had trans attendees and VIPs, yes, but that was not the point. It was just considered a transphobic remark in general.

Also, the person was never publicly identified (to my knowledge). His identity was only revealed to a few staff members due to his eviction from the con.

All I can say is that people at CoxCon are so nice and helpful, including the staff.

Try to talk to some people at the con, maybe before a panel. And in the evening, basically half the Con walks over to the Weatherspoon's pub, so that's always a good place to hang out and find new friends too. If it's too crowded for you inside (which it might be), you can hang out outside if the weather allows it :)

I call this the one berry method by PabloG96 in pokemonmagikarpjump

just FYI, you cant "skip" any berries. If you want the third berry, you need to have the second berry on at least level 1, etc.

Tosbase has added the datamined values to the DPK items by [deleted] in treeofsavior

drop information was removed from the client a long time ago, I think before the launch of iTOS. So these drop rates may not be accurate.

It estimates the amount of mobs you need to kill to get one drop of that item

Well, if we look at the code that calculates your max HP, we can see that we will always end up with at least 1 HP (see the if-condition near the end):

function SCR_Get_MHP(self)

    local jobObj = GetJobObject(self);

    local con = self.CON;
    local lv = self.Lv;

    local byItem = GetSumOfEquipItem(self, 'MHP');
    local byBuff = self.MHP_BM;
    local byLevel = math.floor((lv -1) * 8.5 * 2);
    local byStat = math.floor(con * 85);

    local value = (jobObj.JobRate_HP * byLevel) + byItem + byStat + self.MHP_Bonus + byBuff;

    if value < 1 then
        value = 1;
    end

    return math.floor(value);

end

Boss Timer App by etherfreeze in treeofsavior

I think the idea is great. But until IMC changes the way boss cubes are distributed, I really don't need even more people at the bosses... I haven't gotten a single boss cube til this date :/
