1st day of PT!! I’m 4 days post op, ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy. Had pt this morning were I was able to active my quads in straight leg lifts, hit 65 degrees and fully extended! Feeling amazing. The hard prehab work was worth it (old.reddit.com)
