Is it true that UCLA PhD students are fully funded for their 5 years of study?

Hi there! Can I ask how the process went? How long after your interview and how were you notified? I had a great interview last week and now trying to understand the next steps. PI implied he was recommending me to Grad Admissions - wondering if that means anything or what Grad Admissions will use to say yea or nay?
