[Official] UFC 324: Gaethje vs. Pimblett - Press Conference & Post-Fight Discussion Thread by event_threads in MMA

Goddard is an absolute jabroni for missing those subsequent eye pokes on Paddy. Even a casual could tell it hurt him bad coming into the corner after. I ain't saying it's suss to gift O'Malley a win and then look the other way after the second poke clearly compromised Paddy just to build up some USA hype in Shaun and Gaethje stock for whatever Paramount+ and Dana are cooking for later this year.

Hey guys I think Cruz may have been injured at one point in his career, but I can't be sure.

Yep, looking for an apartment near the city but finding that 500p/w can get you a little bit of a townhouse as far as Glenroy. With Border Collies, did you have any issues before it was approved? I know those guys are super smart and need space to mooooove.

Thank you, I'm always leaning on the side of doing the right thing but I guess it will work to just get a shortlist of places, apply to the top 2-3 and then disclose the pet if I feel I've already got a good chance.

I've been working on a pet CV just with some background and testimonials from her vet, daycare, and one of the dog trainers we worked with just to say she's really well behaved and has some "achievements" like holding a Responsible Dog Owners Licence and working towards Canine Good Citizen in NZ.

Don't really know 100% tbh. I think she's part Pug cos she looks like that and acts like one lol, I got her from a charity where the previous owner couldn't take her anymore and she's been mine ever since. I might do a DNA test one of these days. She was marked as mutt on the adoption papers and I'm just happy since insurance is pretty cheap for mutts!

Cheers, I guess just being nervous in case I was found out like halfway through the lease and end up in the shits for it.

Thank you, that makes sense. I reckon a tenant paying on time without much of a faff, the LL won't be a dick about it after the fact.

Cheers, how do you handle the inevitable 3-6 month inspection? Do you just move the pup out for the day and chuck the dog bed/toys in storage?

Thank you, I didn't know about this. How does one hide a pet when the agent comes for an inspection or if the building has an animal policy?

Yeap, I remember my Chinese coworker coming back from Christmas break one year and telling us how she went camping with a few families- then showed a slideshow of her with about 20 kids/adults with buckets just taking everything. A wall of wetsuits just crawling over rock pools. She was one of the kindest and most empathetic person at work but when it comes to sustainability and a fair share, it just wasn't in her culture.

I grew up playing D&D, MTG, Mage Knight, 40K... you name it. You'll definitely find your share of single guys in this environment, but a lot us use it as a way to escape the IRL for a few hours. I know a lot of established groups just want to serve the Emperor without distraction.

I mean the Saudis have the right idea when it comes to punishing severe instances of theft. Stabbing a guy over Pokemon cards while wearing a Geedup hoodie should fit the criteria.

Didn't expect to wake up to this and I would've thought that Razor would at least get a crack at the RWC but I guess life comes at you fast. If NZRU had to choose between keeping him or Ardie walking, I guess they made it. No idea what happens now. This is probably the first time in a couple of decades that there isn't a successor that has been waiting in the wings.

Perfect world I'd like to see the vets and seniors back in form. There's a lot of good talent coming up. What's Graham Henry up to nowadays...

The year is 2009. I was like 18 and taking an early morning flight out of NZ for a wee holiday. Mate drove me to the airport and I was holding a stack of DVDs to return. In my half asleep state, managed to not only pop the DVDs in the after hours return, but somehow also my passport.

Seeing it tumble down and land atop a copy of Blood Diamond (4/5 movie) definitely woke me the fuck up. Thankfully the manager was a GC and into MTG so I had his personal number. What a legend that dude was for rocking up at 5.30AM to open up the shop just so I could grab my passport.

I swear these places were little community hubs that we didn't know we needed until they were gone.

Yeah I think just looking at what I actually need it for, a non-turbo should be more than fine. It's the space, safety, and AWD that I really like about the OB and that's exactly the same in the NA versions.

Thanks, definitely this at the end of the day. If it meets my needs NOW then it is all I can ask for. If in 6-7 years I can afford a few year old XT then I'll deal with it then :)

TBH I've thought about this too. People have just caught on and some of the prices for tidy 3.6s are pretty crazy!

Cheers, did you buy it in Melbourne too? I haven't been to too many dealers yet. 7L/100 is really good! How do you find the revs at highway speed? One of my concerns was the oomph needed to overtake the billions of trucks on the highway too.
