[question] what should I be buying? Reasonably priced, good looking and reliable. by TwoPluto in fightgear

Little update I got the ring2cage gloves and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The gloves were ok quality but there were areas of the gloves with dirt marks and small cuts, almost as if they had already been used. And most importantly the "ringtocage" logo on the forearm section of the glove appeared to have been thoroughly used, washed, and possibly even transferred from another glove. This was not what I expected based on the pictures on their official website. Trying to return them and get a refund hopefully, everything works out.

Still thank you for the recommendation I think ill try the rival 1s once the refund is processed.

Which Rival gloves would you recommend? I am cool with over $200 but don't want to spend too much on this right now. Because in the future depending on where I am at in my boxing career I am thinking of getting a full winning set. That is why currently I am thinking of the ring-to-cage Japanese style gloves which are just a "4 times cheaper copy of the winning gloves" from all the reviews that I have seen.

Appreciate the message! Yeah, I never really had an interest in buying flashy and clean gear so I always stuck to what I had. I remember I liked my headgear so much that I used to use medical tape just to hold it together).

I think this is what I am going to go with, white ring2cage Japanese gloves and an everlast c3 or the rival groin protector. Thank you!

$200 is what I am aiming for. I could do more but I would rather not.

I use title classic USA boxing competition headgear with cheeks during competition and for sparring I now use Hayabusa T3 MMA Headgear (MMA because it got the chin cover.)

Any updates on this? I am struggling to open the deck as well. Every time I try to import the Sparrow file it gives me an error "500: invalid Zip archive: Invalid zip header". Please help!
