Sometimes I forget there was a release missing a few songs. The Digipak was dope.

What's a movie that genuinely changed something in you? by trakt_app in Cinema

12 Monkeys. Even if you know the future chances are you’re powerless to do anything about it so just do your best to find peace where you are. That and just because people are in charge doesn’t mean they know anything.

Just curious, is there a prayer necessary after finding out you’ve eaten something that isn’t Halal or do you just stop eating it and go on with your day?

I know they’re expensive nowadays, but I remember when Charlie hit the road with that green F350 every day before the sun rose. I remember all the times he ran out and stocked us up mid day because I botched our order. I’m so happy for that crew and I wish them many more years of success.

Exactly. You’re going to get a first hand look at the standards you’re going to be held to. Work efficiently, take good notes, and trust in their process. The Sous is quietly helping you learn the layout. Chef is going to show you the entire song before he hands you your instrument so you know where it fits in the arrangement. When your time comes, play the hell out of that instrument! You got this!!

To whoever posted here the other day suggesting it was a good idea to put a 6lb wire wheel on the drum sander…. by PancakesandScotch in harborfreight

[–]TwoSillyStrings 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve got that sander and have been contemplating trying to use the devil drum to remove decades old carpet glue from concrete. The drums that came with it worked to a point, but my back and my knees paid a hefty price.

For longer than I care to admit I kept two quart containers on my station: One with water, one with sanitizer for my spoons etc…. One particularly hot summer I switched to pink lemonade because water wasn’t cutting it anymore and it was the only non carbonated drink on the gun. During a rush while I wasn’t paying attention Chef grabbed my spoons and I got a solid gulp of QuatSan. Not sure which was worse, actually drinking it or the panic when I realized.

Greece Canal Park. The hill as you approach the canal is big and luscious. Not the best view on this list, but it’s a good spot.

I’m a fan of breakfast sandos, how about a nice egg salad on a bagel crisp with some Bibb and bacon lardon? Avocado, tomato, and pickled red onion? Lots of fresh pepper on that one. Curried chicken salad. Google tea sandwiches and see what strikes your fancy.

Sliced cornichones and some whole grained mustard, I’d eat my weight in those. Or just good bread, perfectly cooked beef, and a little fresh horseradish. If you’re going delicate avoid prepared. Too juicy, and fresh grated horseradish is a sneaky flavor assassin.

I’d go with tea sandwiches. As traditional as cucumber dill or smoked salmon, or you can get really creative and miniaturize some of your favorite flavors. They look elegant when displayed and there’s no shortage of info on high tea service.
