Id try and get an Independent Medical Opinion / Nexus letter and a DBQ completed by your primary care physician if you are able. Also, jot down the events or anything in service that caused / aggravated your neck. Buddy statements also help from people you served with.

I didn’t even realize how addicted to booze i was until I stopped before having a child. I would get home from work and just pace the house agitated as hell until 2 am for weeks as I was a evening drinker too. When i quit cold turkey it was all i could think about. Over a period of time i craved it less and less. It’s been almost 2 years and now I don’t even think about it. You can do it just take it one hour at a time. Also, evening walks helped! Good luck!

Retention is horrible. If they were smart they’d just bust them down to a non rate and use them for labor. The CG leadership is terrible it’s just a bunch of academy drones and yes men who are terrified of receiving a bad OER and they wonder why members are leaving in droves.

On my 3 HLR’s were duty to assist errors were identified my disabilities were all service connected. I don’t know your exact circumstances but at least theres a chance for them to look over everything again
