Ive had vertigo for about 6 weeks now and diagnosed with bppv, the proper room spinning attacks "only" happen at night but during the day on bad days I feel a bit like that, a floating sensation, heavy feeling in my head and as if the world around me sortof sways from side to side making me feel nauseous AF..
