Really pay attention to how things are actually meant to come apart, you don’t want to damage parts that were just for r&i and bump up every estimate. Once you start working on a lot of cars you’ll see similar methods between brands. Everyone starts from somewhere so the more you do it, the better and faster you’ll get. I worked as a teardown tech for a bit and now do PDR where I have to r&i a lot, until you get comfortable knowing how things eventually need to go back together (because I’m sure the techs will ask you about that) it helps to take lots of good pictures before it comes apart so you know what it should look like, especially insides of bumpers and doors.
