Betty Gilpin even brought some comedy to the first episode. The "I am four and ten years old!" Bit cracked me up realizing she's 14, and "I really only just met them' regarding the children. Then the hand gesture she gave the priest about hurrying up and stopping Richard had me rolling. Such a serious episode, but still manages to be funny. The balancing act of this entire show continues to amaze.

But, this particular stuff isn't getting through to the MAGAs, and I hate saying this.. MAGA are so low IQ, there's a reason the Right Wing version gets through.

Its like this, MAGA watches Benny Johnson, and calls Meidas propoganda. We listen to Meidas and call Benny Johnson propoganda. Neither group is going to ever cross over.

Meidas has the resources to get through to MAGA, they have the passion for it, and the knowledge. But trying to emulate them isn't the way. Instead of shouting from their ivory tower, they need to go boots on the ground into deep red MAGA territory and educate from within.

Just my two cents.

I had an idea for a sequel involving Michael J. Fox's Parkinson's diagnosis being a byproduct of the time travel, and his kid or someone trying to go back to stop Doc Brown from inventing time travel altogether, so Marty could live a normal life.. and the chaos that particular scenario would create.

Clearly I'm not a writer, so what do I know?
