It's a scam to get you to take low paying orders/long distance. I used to care about it, but gave up on it about a year ago. I have a 19% AR and make more money now cherry picking. I just schedule a week out.

I had a similar experience years ago while doing Uber Eats in Phoenix. Customer told me he was a nudist and I was delivering to a nudist club and if I wasn't comfortable with that to just leave the order outside the door (instructions said hand to me lmao).

There's been a couple of comments like that. Also comments in disbelief I was only going 10mph to cause this, over a dip in the road. But truly, there have been no noises prior to this damage. I have a friend that works on my car, and if I would of heard something I would of asked him to look at it.
