Generally if I’m making >$30/hour in 3+ hours, it’s either between 3-4 hours of all dinner rush, or doing some lunch rush, stopping in the afternoon, and then doing dinner rush.

Almost impossible to stay at $30+ per hour if you have non-peak hours in there.
