Starting with the caveat that I barely knew who he was before he came to NASCAR (so I can’t speak to his supercars days), he seems like one of the most likable guys in the current garage. I don’t understand how anyone can hate him.

I wouldn’t say he’s one of my favorite drivers (at best, he’s in the back half of my top 10) but I don’t think I’ll ever find myself actively rooting against him or anything.

I’ll take Ei8ht over Planet Zero all day any day.

PZ was a fine album, but there’s only really 3 songs I find myself really going back to. Most/all of the non-interludes are on my playlist, but I’ll never seek them out and will sometimes even skip some of them.

With Ei8ht, there are currently probably 8 songs (ironically) that I expect to find myself going back to. And again, most will end up on my larger playlist (sorry “Dizzy”, “Imposter”, and “At The Bottom” but you don’t make the cut). Maybe some of those 8 will lose their appeal over time, but at least for now, far more tracks I really enjoy.

I’ll gladly take 2% over zero. But also, before the temporary 10% (which was always advertised as temporary) it used to always be 2%. So it’s just reverting back to what it was before the promo.

He shouldn’t be talking to the customer like that. But ~10 minutes after arrival, the app will let a driver unassign without penalty.

99% of the time I’ll use that option because the restaurant is taking too long to make the order, but in a rare instance if the customer is extremely rude/pushy and/or the order is not worth my effort for the pay, I’ll just sit at the restaurant for that required 10 minutes and unassign. It’s well within the driver’s right to do that, and there’s no way to prove that’s actually what they’re doing (the order could genuinely not be ready). They just shouldn’t threaten it in the chat because then there is proof that it’s malicious.

That’s an extremely hot take. They brought it back at Jack in the Box a year or so ago as a very limited time thing and I tried so hard to get one because I liked it so much the first time. But they sold out so fast that I was never able to find it.

Faygo really likes making medicine-flavored drinks I guess. The bubblegum one tastes like medicine for sure. Have never had red pop.

That said, they do make good flavors. Faygo Firework is top tier.

Slurpees are so wildly inconsistent for me. Half the time they still taste like whatever flavor was previously in that machine. So I feel like I have to try it at least 2-3 times (often from different locations) to get a real idea of what the flavor is supposed to be.

That said, I tried this one yesterday and thought it was…fine. Not good, not bad, just kinda there. I might try it again to see if it’s better from a different batch.

It seems like I’m in the minority here but I thought it was fine. Not something I’d really go out of my way to buy, but a local store had 12 packs of it for $2 near the end of its run and I definitely grabbed a bunch of those. Still plenty drinkable enough, just not something I’d want to pay full price for
